- Breathe soundly and deeply, your body thrives on

- Drink enough water, preferentially from fruits and
vegetables, which is already fit for life.
- Have fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices for breakfast, until noon. This is a "Golden Rule"
- Drink a healing fruit or vegetable mixed freshly
squeezed juice or tonic by midmorning.
- For lunch enjoy a large raw mixed juicy vegetables
salad, a casserole of cooked vegetables, brown rice and vegetables, cereal or legumes
soup. Be sure to integrate a wide variety of produce. This is a strategy to provide all
nutrients and micronutrients needed.
- 60% of all daily food intakes must be raw to insure the much needed metabolic enzymes.
- Drink another healing fruit or vegetable mixed freshly
squeezed juice or tonic by mid afternoon.
- Have a light dinner, steamed
vegetables or baked potato & dressing.
- Fresh fruit is also a sound alternative for dinner, do not go to bed on a heavy stomach.
- Periodically flush out your filters: That is, liver and kidneys also flush out your colon. After all,
remember that you are dealing with a toxic waste disposal system.
- Abstain from abuse of refined table sugar, salt,
flours, white rice, protein excesses anything above 1 gram per
kilo of body weight-, animal fat, vegetable hydrogenated oils, alcohol, nicotine,
caffeine and all processed or fried foods.
- Exercise at least 45 min. 5 times a week,
preferentially daily, your health depends on it. (Plan a long term
excercise program that involves weights)
